Reiki brings balance and healing to the body, mind and spirit. Learning Reiki will change your life, enabling you to help heal yourself and others, releasing blockages. The First Degree Level (Reiki I) introduces you to Reiki energy through an attunement process. It is aimed at people who are interested in self healing and giving Reiki healing to their family, friends and pets, to relieve stress and to aid their natural healing ability.   Your own health and well-being will benefit and will assist your body in letting go of any negative thoughts and emotions. The ability to channel Reiki is with you for life and the more you work with it, the more your awareness will be enhanced. The workshop takes place over one day, a manual and certificate are given. Ongoing support is offered and a follow up day will be arranged for further assistance once you have been practicing with the energy. Costs £100, a deposit of £40 is payable in advance to confirm your booking.

The Second Degree Level (Reiki II) enables you to practice Reiki professionally, send distance healing and intensifies the energy. You will learn the sacred symbols which assist in emotional/mental healing and distance healing. Distant healing can be sent to people and situations you are concerned about (past, present and future) and connect with them as though you were actually there with them. At this level, you will notice that the energy is much stronger and healing is more powerful. You can use it to manifest goals, attract new relationships and opportunities and cleanse negative energy from homes/work. The workshop takes place over one day, a manual and certificate are given. Costs £130, a deposit of £40 is payable in advance to confirm your booking.

The Reiki Master Level (practitioner & teacher) is split into two workshops for Advanced Practitioner and for those wishing to teach Reiki to others.   It continues your Reiki journey and deepens your commitment to Reiki as a way of life and for your personal growth. It enhances your spiritual development as the energy is intensified and introduces you to another sacred symbol.
