On the first occasion I visited Fiona, I was suffering from a back injury and seeking relief from the associated pain and discomfort. Even after only one treatment, there was a noticeable improvement in my condition, and after four I was back to normal. It was evident to me, however, that the pain relief was not the only benefit from my treatments. After each treatment, I left feeling more relaxed and the stress built up over the working week seemed to dissipate.
